If one is fortunate enough to be reborn into a favorable human existence, the virtues cultivated in previous lives must be relearned from the beginning, further developed, and meritorious deeds must be performed, as there is no memory of past lives. The debts owed to Mara (the lord of death) in this life end with death. However, the karmic actions performed in previous lives will come as consequences in future lives, and only if that future life is also favorable will those consequences be easier to bear. Therefore, one must settle the cycle of rebirth in this very life. One must take care to avoid being reborn again
නැවත සුගතිගාමී මනුෂ්‍ය භවයක් ලැබුවහොත් පෙර භව වල පුරුදු කරපු ගුණ ධර්ම නැවත මුල සිට පුරුදු කරන්න ඕන, වැඩි දියුණු කරන්න ඕන, පින් දහම් කරන්න ඕන පෙර භව මතක නැති නිසා. මාරයාට මෙම භවයේ ඇති ණය මරණයෙන් අවසන් වේ. නමුත් පෙර භව වල කල කර්ම මිලඟ භව වලට විපාක ලෙස පැමිනේ. එයත් සුගතිගාමී වුවහොත් පමනක්, විපාක පහසු වේ. එමනිසා මෙම භවයේදීම සසර ගනුදෙනුව අහවර කල යුතුය. නැවත උපතක් කරා නොයෑමට වගබලා ගත යුතුය.
